DeeDee and I have been serving in lay ministry positions in churches for all of our 38 plus years of marriage.
We have been most fulfilled working alongside youth pastors serving young people –doing Fine Arts or eating pizza or both! We love young people. We also love the ministry of music serving as worship leaders and providing special music. I’ve been privileged to serve alongside pastors as a deacon and elder for more than 20 years, and DeeDee has served as a church bookkeeper just as long.
God called us to Trinity in July 2016 after 33 years in the Army National Guard. We now lead Trinity’s Alumni, Church, and Donor Relations. We have two grown, married sons and three grandsons.
Our hope is that we can bless you with the love of Jesus – be it a warm smile or an understanding ear, and a relevant Word from the Lord. I am credentialed with the SD District Council of the Assemblies of God. My preaching style presents Biblical truth in an illustrated, story or dramatic monologue fashion.
